Candidates can submit their applications through our company's career site or the job postings published on relevant career platforms.
PRELIMINARY EVALUATION
Applications are reviewed by our Human Resources team during the initial screening process. In this stage, candidates' applications are examined, and their suitability based on the defined criteria is assessed.
HR INTERVIEW
Candidates who successfully pass the pre-screening process participate in a competency-based interview conducted by Human Resources. At this stage, their competencies, suitability for the position, and alignment with the company culture are evaluated.
ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION
In order to objectively assess the analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and competencies of our candidates, we apply measurement and evaluation tools based on our company values, aligned with the requirements of the position.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
For all our positions, technical interviews are conducted by expert managers in the field. In these interviews, candidates' technical skills and alignment with position requirements are assessed.

Job offers are extended to candidates who successfully pass all evaluations.
